Statement of Faith

For Staff and Volunteers

• We believe the Bible to be the infallible Word of God.
• We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the deity of Christ which includes His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
• We believe that all humans are in need of a savior. We believe salvation and eternal life comes only through Jesus.
• We believe in spiritual unity of believers in Jesus and that all true believers are members of His body, the Church.
• We believe in the telling of the good news and discipleship.
• We adhere to the Biblical model of sexual relations, including the model of marriage presented in Genesis: one man and one woman united for the purpose of becoming one, and sexual abstinence outside the bond of marriage.
• We believe we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, fasting and service to our Lord and his authority over our lives.
• We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end.
